A Meaningful Farewell

Assalamualaikum and greetings. For this post, I’m gonna write something different, which is about my school. So, this is it. The end of year. The end of secondary school. This is the last time I become a high school student. Being one of the students at QuadP or ‘upgraded’ version, PERMATApintar College is the best experience I had so far. The experience truly I will not find anywhere else. Excellent facilities, sporting teachers, conducive environment, and the most important, an awesome batchmates. Wow, that’s a ‘boom’ combo!

                What make them so special to me? It’s because of friendship that is built. Friendship that can break age barrier, religions and races. It’s fascinating to see all the races can live together, even some is younger (16 years old) in one school without any major problems. There’s a strong bond between us – we do things, (mostly crazy things) together.  “What’s so crazy things you did?” Climbing up UKM storage water tank, sneaking in to unfinished auditorium, go swimming in the pool at night, playing basketball with netball pole, to name a few.

                I’ve made a hypothesis that the crazier the things you did with your friends, the memory of it will last longer in mind. Haha, I don’t know whether it is true for others. What do I feel here is like I don’t wanna be separated from them. I feel empty without them. The usrah, almulk reciting after prep, all reminds me of them.

                Two years building friendship, not the usual one, but with the people who are genius, the people that are well educated, the people who know the value of friendship. Am I gonna forget it? Of course not! It’s hard actually that we are not together now, but hopefully I can see them in future, not just when taking the result, but anytime later in life.  If the friendship is built for the sake of Allah (ukhwah fillah), it is better. Insyallah the friendship will last until Jannah.

                So I guess that’s all for now. I made this post entirely in English because I feel my English skill is dull and need to be polished again. Sorry if there’s any errors in my English. I know I’m bad. Before end, I want to quote something I found in web lately. Hopefully it give big impact on you.
